Scott Shironaka, a lifelong judo practitioner, began his martial arts journey at the tender age of 11. For over 25 years, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the sport, embodying the true spirit of Judo.

Beyond personal achievement, Scott has dedicated himself to nurturing the next generation of judoka. He has served as a mentor and leader within his dojo, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience, particularly when instructors are unavailable. His proactive approach to teaching and supporting fellow practitioners highlights his readiness for the next level.

Scott’s dedication to Judo is evident in his consistent training, his willingness to step up and take initiative, and his loyalty to the dojo. He actively contributes to the dojo community by teaching classes and providing guidance to newer members.
